Earn $3,000 to $5,000+ a month scaling challenges, webinars and VSL call funnels for info and coaching offers. We need a doer who has already run paid traffic in the info space, lives in the ad accounts, and can explain exactly why the numbers moved.
Acquisition & Scaling scales info, coaching and education offers: high-ticket call funnels, low-ticket and SLO front ends, challenges and webinars. CPL is only the start. An ad wins when it turns into booked calls, shows and cash collected. We run 10 to 15 accounts across Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn.
You'll be in the accounts every day: launching, testing, scaling and cutting. Creative velocity and clean execution are the job.
Challenges, webinars, VSL to book-a-call. You know how each one turns traffic into calls and cash, and where each one leaks.
You reconcile Ads Manager, Hyros, GA4 and the CRM yourself, and know which number to trust for which decision.
Meta and Google campaigns for high-ticket and low-ticket info offers, built fast and cleanly, with tidy naming conventions.
Traffic to challenge funnels (e.g. 5-day challenges), live and evergreen webinars, and VSL to book-a-call funnels.
Spend pacing, CPMs, hook rate, CTR, CPL, cost per booked call and anything broken. You spot fatigue before it hits the monthly numbers.
Get new hooks, angles and formats into the account fast, read the results and cut losers quickly.
Structured ABO and CBO testing, and scaling winners without tanking performance.
Pull from Ads Manager, Hyros, Google Analytics and the CRM, and work out which ads produce booked calls, shows and cash collected.
Compare first-click and last-click, and spot where Meta is over-reporting before budget follows it.
Pixels, CAPI, UTMs, offline conversions and Google Tag Manager. If a tag or event stops firing, you catch it and fix it the same day.
A cheap CPL that never books or shows is not a win. Speed and accuracy count too: launches go out on time, tracking stays clean, and the numbers you report are right.
A fixed monthly salary, set on offer based on your experience, and reviewed as your results and ownership grow. Strong candidates can earn more than the ranges below.
Learning our accounts, funnels and reporting, and shipping clean, fast execution.
Running daily account management and tracking QA without needing to escalate. Trusted in the accounts.
Owning accounts end to end, from testing to funnel diagnosis. More for proven info-space experience.
Record a Loom of 10 minutes or less working through the scenario below, then apply with the form (your CV or LinkedIn is optional). Tell us which info offers and funnel types you have run, and the biggest daily budget you have managed. There is no single right answer: we want to see how you think, which numbers you trust, and what you would actually do. Applications without the Loom, or from agencies, won't be reviewed.
The scenario
A coaching client spends $1,500 a day on Meta. The funnel is ad, opt-in page, VSL, application, booked call. Compare the last 14 days with the 14 before:
In your Loom, answer all three
No. This role is for independent individuals only. The person who applies must be the person who does the work. Agency applications will be declined.
$3,000 to $5,000+ per month, paid monthly, and it can be more for the right experience. It's a full-time role, around 40 hours a week, and we're hiring for the long term.
Yes. You should have run paid traffic for info, coaching or course offers before, ideally on challenges, webinars or VSL call funnels. Strong e-commerce buyers who have never touched a call funnel are not the right fit for this role.
Yes, the role is fully remote. You'll need reliable internet and enough daily overlap with our working hours to launch, check accounts and respond the same day.
Meta is the must-have. Google Ads is a strong plus, and you'll be expected to pick it up if you haven't run it before.
We watch every Loom. Shortlisted applicants get a call with the team, followed by a short practical task in a real account setup.
Record your Loom, send your application, and show us how you'd find the leak.
